Hahaha... Now the 1st batch from Love Ya MV.. I will do more, just look out for them. These are sets, you can use them for your signature + avatar, but please upload the image yourself.I am fearing my bandwidth overloaded. SS501img195.imageshack.us/img195/1591/ss501loveyaav.gifimg138.imageshack.us/img138/218/ss501loveya.gifimg32.imageshack.us/img32/3740/destination.gifimg688.imageshack.us/img688/8694/ss501comeback.gifHyun Joongimg231.imageshack.us/img231/9445/loveyahyunjoongav.gifimg441.imageshack.us/img441/7299/hyunjoongloveya.gifYeong Saengimg18.imageshack.us/img18/9421/loveyaysav.gifimg576.imageshack.us/img576/4332/youngsaengloveya.gifKyu Jongimg693.imageshack.us/img693/4288/loveyakyujongav.gifimg337.imageshack.us/img337/5194/kyujongloveya.gifJung Minimg706.imageshack.us/img706/1271/loveyajmav.gifimg96.imageshack.us/img96/4053/jungminloveya.gifHyung Junimg706.imageshack.us/img706/2160/loveyababyav.gifimg44.imageshack.us/img44/6069/hyungjoonloveya.gifPhew~~ I really fed up with Image Shacks... >.< But well,Image Shacks is the one which handle large files like these GIFs well,so yeah, here there are,the whole set. The Avatars look similar, but if you check, there I repeated the shots with the separate members at the end before their names appears. It should be similar, cause they are sets.. hehehe... Tell me what you think. Wah..so long since I design like this~~~ EDIT By SubDevo: Removed Image tags. (converted into links). Over 10 MB in images in this post is too much for members with slower connections.

Ok, first off the file sizes are WAY too large. Someone with a slower internet connection is going to have a hard time loading any pages these images are on, IF they're even able to load it at all. You need to take that into consideration when you make graphics. I have the fastest internet speed right now, and this page took forever to load. I like the concept of what you've done. Things I would change however would be .... 1. The main background image is grainy. Meaning you probably enlarged it to that size? When you do that you can work on softening the image up to give it a smoother look. 2. Love Ya, Love Ya, Love Ya is clashing. The curves of the text are making it almost impossible to read. If you were to play with the colors you could get a whole different look without removing that text. Even positioning them a little differently and changing the font size. 3. The font in their name clashes with the font in "Love Ya". I'm assuming "Love Ya" is Vivaldi, which I love that font and would leave it. Just maybe find a different font for their names. Something that is curvy as well, but not as extreme as Vivaldi. 4. Having the border around the animation inside the signature looks nice. But then that also makes the entire signature look too flat without a border around the whole thing. SS501 second signature ... I love how you have the animation moving across the signature in the different windows. Great imagination there. Much better since last year.

Points taken. Thanks for the suggestions,I will take note when I make my next set. Am gonna make more since their latest comeback is so nice. I know these things are big.. *sigh* I just don't know how to make nice and small GIF images... hahaha.. Thank you.

Try using fewer frames for the animations. Also, the image sizes are making a difference. Cut down the dimensions and you'll see a difference as well. They won't look as "movie like" but they are just animated gifs. It's not like you're making a short film. Like I said though, it is a huge improvement from last year. What GFX program are you using? Edit: Take the avatar in your profile for instance. Currently it is 150 x 150 with a file size of 1187055 bytes which is over 1mb. Now we took your avatar and resized it down to 100 x 100. That cuts the file size in half, 569 KB (583,309 bytes). Which is still pretty large for just an avatar but it's a huge improvement. Also notice, because the avatar in your profile is being resized down to 100x100 due to the forum size limits, it's messing with the quality of you gif. Notice the "wall" behind him. In your avatar it's pixelated, but in this one below it's not showing that, it's actually smooth because the integrity of the image is not being messed with. Now here's your avatar, reduced in size and every other frame removed. That takes the file size down even further to 300 KB (307,380 bytes). 1/3 the file size of the one you're currently using. (hint, hint: use this in your profile here)

OK,I will try that. I am using Photoshop CS3,it's what I used from the start...Not the very start,3 years ago I tried Imikimi, but haha, that sucks. Then I use Photoshop, until now. I kinda get what you mean.Just some questions. How can you take an animation and put into Photoshop and make changes like you did? I still have a hard time finding that out... Thanks for the pointer. I will try to improve.Been wanting some real suggestions and opinions for long.Everytime I ask my friends, they just went like...OMG~!!These are amazing... I appreciate the encouragements, but I do want to improve.

There's so many features in there to play with. I'm getting tired so I'll get back with you on some features to use in there. But start with taking a basic signature, add a background color and another layer with the image. You can select each layer and do different effects to them. Play with the beveling tools, drop shadows, and things like that. Watch the different effects each one gives your image. What are you currently using for your animation? I haven't messed with Animation in PS yet. Right now I use Jasc Animation which came with my Paint Shop Pro software. It's extremely user friendly but doesn't have a whole lot of cool features. I can send it to you since it doesn't need to be licensed and you can play with it.

I can play around with layer styles and all that, but there are just so many functions I am not sure am I ever gonna learn them all. For animation I am using PS CS3 as well, and i don't know how to open and edit animations.I can make, just cannot edit what I made, unless I keep the PS file. Thanks for the help and advice Blu,much appreciated.

I can play around with layer styles and all that, but there are just so many functions I am not sure am I ever gonna learn them all. Ok, here's some things I do. I have a notebook that I use to write down info for my gfx. If I find out how to do a certain effect in there that I really like I'll write it down. I refer back to my notes all the time. I also take notes on the standard sizes of images I'm working with to use as a reference point. As many years as I've been working with gfx I still find new ways to manipulate the images. It's a matter of taking your time and care with an image. If it's not exactly the way you want it and you're getting frustrated with it, save the PS file and come back to it later. (I explain more about PS files below) There's one of your problem right there. You're not saving the PS file. Here's how I have my computer files set up. I'll use my requests as an example. My Documents > My GFX > Requests > Paige > (then the files/images) Also I'll have for example: My Documents > My GFX > IOD > Message Icons > (then the files/images) This way everything is organized and I know exactly where to go to find what I need or have been working on. Now when I save the images I save both the completed copy AND the PS file. When I save the PS file I'll name it something like PaigeSigWIP. The WIP stands for "Work In Progress". Then if I have to go back and edit the image I can do so. Also, it saves each layer and the effects I've done to them, that way if I did a certain feature on your Sig I liked but couldn't remember how I did it, I can go back to that file and look. It may look like alot of work and organizing, but in the end it saves me alot of precious time. When I have a few minutes I will zip up my Animation program and upload it to my server then PM you the link to download it. You might find it a little bit easier to use right now because you can instantly open ANY animated GIF in it. When I have the time and start working with Animation in PS I'll help you with that. Just have so many other things going on right now I've been lazy in messing with it. Also, you can NEVER have too many GFX programs. I think I have about 5-6 right now that I use. The most important thing is that you remember your work is a complete reflection of you as a designer. If you rush through a project without giving it the proper care, it will show. EVERY request (no matter how small or easy) I fill I make sure the quality is something I'm proud to put my name behind. Note: Sub is the one that actually did that with your Avatar. I was too busy harrassing him over something on voice chat.

Haha..Usually when I get working on graphics,I may be there for hours and not wanting to move at all. Haha...very unhealthy habit.I may just try out the idea next time. These days I am starting to save the PS files in Pendrive,I think I may soon but an external memory just for those files.I really hate it when I did something wrong and I can't change the mistake at all. Might as well play save than be sorry, right? I am trying to just take time and design as well.I put in lots of effort in thinking on the images styles I like to do.And then try it out. OK,I downloaded the program,I think I am gonna PM you later(I was opening 2 tabs in this boards... , trying to see what you have to say here as well.). Wow...5-6 GFX programs~! I wish I can buy any one. They simply are expensive~ Well, maybe I really will later... Just wondering, are you a a real designer?I mean your job... Ooooh..Nice job Sub~ Now i know he is not only good in codings (haha..kidding,but Sub is more welknown in codings~ ) Thanks Sub~~~!!!!

Those are really cool. By chance are those like movie clips or did you create the animation?
